Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days depending on the destination.

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
• All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe transportation of electronic and lighting products.
• A tracking number is provided once the order has been dispatched.

Returns

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase:

• Within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, not installed, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
• Products that have been cut, soldered, modified, or installed (including LED strips and drivers) are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned goods.
