Warranty

All LED lighting products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty:

• LED luminaires: up to 12 months warranty.
• LED strips, drivers, and controllers: up to 12 months warranty.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper power supply.
• Overheating due to insufficient ventilation or incorrect driver selection.
• Mechanical damage, moisture exposure beyond the product’s IP rating, or unauthorized repairs.
